Experience within the International Contract and Permanent recruitment sector from both an agency and In-House perspective delivering to target clients including global full-service consultancies, global business advisory firms, Vendors, Vendor Partners, ICT Solution Providers, niche management consultancy players and the end user market.

Managing all areas of the recruitment process working closely with Management team's ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all involved. This includes benchmarking, sourcing, advertising, 3rd party management, assessment, offer management & interviewing. I have managed a broad range of recruitment projects including resource management and implementing a variety of recruitment policies & procedures, induction programme, compensation benchmarking, assessment & selection process reviews, skills gap pipelining, entry-level talent management (Establishing relationships’ with university’s) & T&C’s.
